Brick Veneer
Brick veneer bonded with Thinset to cement board coated with bonding agent, installed over Tyvek.
Lower Section
Observation
Inadequate clearance from grade: 4” from soil/2” from grade.
No weep screed installed to allow moisture drainage.

Some bricks have no mortar joint at the inside corner.
